Duudlin Doodles

Contact

  • The best place to contact me is via email ([email protected])

  • You can also message me on the various sites I have linked. But Email is preferable for its organization and accessibility.

Payment

  • Payment upfront and in full.

  • Transactions through Ko-fi. Which allows universal use through all apps or your bank account directly.

  • I will not start on a commission until payment has been accepted.

Cancellation

  • I do not accept cancellations once payment has been accepted.

  • If you need to cancel before payment has been exchanged, let me know as soon as possible. Having confirmation helps keep the queue and workflow organized.

  • I reserve the right to cancel the commission and issue a refund equivalent to the amount not done, due to improper conduct, or poor communication.

  • Poor communication includes not sending information within a few days of being added to the queue, not sending payment when requested, and being generally unreachable.

  • It’s ideal you get back to me within 24 hours or let me know if you anticipate any delays.

  • If I need to cancel due to events in my own life, a full refund will be issued.

Process

  • When I start a new set of commissions, I usually sketch Mon-Tue, and work on finishing them Wed-Fri.

  • A sketch will be sent for any revisions needed. I accept any minor edits, and one complete redo.

  • I will only move onto completing a piece once the sketch has been approved.

  • I reserve the right to interpret your character in my own style. This includes things like color and line art adjustments for readability. If you are specific about certain character elements, let me know to be more accurate with them.

  • I accept line art changes based on details I have missed that were mentioned on the reference sheet or specifically discussed. I will also accept one time color edits. I will not return to a piece beyond that.

Rights

  • For personal commission rates, I retain copyright as the artist. You may not use these pieces for profit.

  • Any piece you’ve paid for can be used freely outside of that, with credit.

Breaking these terms repeatedly will result in a blacklist.

Sprites

| Feral - 35$ | Humanoid - 50$ | Complexity Fee - 10+$

Complexity is first measured by character line art. Then any secondary details, like markings/colors, or props.

  • Queue will be updated every week.
